The hard work of neighborhood transformation is never complete. REACH Riverside is embarking on the Northeast Wilmington Community Plan in 2020 and 2021 and we’d love for you to fill out this customized household survey to give us your input. This work builds on the recent plans, meetings and master plans in the past few years. Even if you’ve participated in these efforts, we’d love to see your input here!

We can only collect one complete survey per household. We prefer the head of household fill out the survey. If unable, an adult 18 years or older may fill out the survey.

Important notes on how this survey will be used and the impact of the Community Plan on you:
- Responses to the survey are strictly confidential. Individual responses will not be shared with anyone.
- The redevelopment of the Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA) Riverside housing site is proceeding according to the existing plan we developed together in 2019, which will replace and add new units to the current 293 residential units. Phase One, which includes 74 new units on currently vacant land, is expected to break ground in 2021.
- For current residents of Riverside, please note that this survey will not have any impact on your current housing status or any future relocation of your household as part of the redevelopment of Riverside. Please reach out directly to WHA with any questions you have about the redevelopment of the Riverside housing site.

Defining “The Community”
Whenever we refer to “the community” in this survey we are speaking about the Northeast Wilmington community as defined by the study area.
